First time there.
Restorative Yoga with Isabel
Calm class, nice way to start a Friday morning. Restorative yoga is slow and focused on opening up your body, postures, stretches, etc - goal is not to push/tone here and you wont be sweaty at the end. Isabel is friendly and did a great job.
Restorative Yoga with Isabel
Unfortunately this was not a good venue for restorative yoga. The room smelled like feet, and it was cold with the fans on. The noise from other classes was distracting. The teacher was very nice though.

Isabel is an attentive teacher. I never realized how difficult it would be for me to relax. I definitely needed this Restorative class, and Im so glad I went!
