About this class

Never been on a rowing machine? Does jumping on a regular class make you nervous? The INTRō workout is perfect for you! This is a beginner class for those who are new to the rowing machine and seeking a slower-paced class so you can ensure that you're doing it correctly! Your instructor will give you extra technical advice and a further intro to the monitor details. Expect some drills and some sweat but a less intense first class than going into a regular class at Rō! Highly suggested for those coming off of injury or who need to want to understand injury-preventative form. Take this class as many times as you want, if you're looking for a slower on-boarding to the Rō workout!

How to prepare

Wear athletic shoes and socks. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Want to use their shower? It's BYOS (Bring your own stuff -- towel, soap, etc.).

How to get there

Exit Windsor off of Mopac -- they're located off of Exposition and Windsor, right next to the Post Office and on the same strip as Frost Bank. There's a parking lot right out front. It is easy to find a spot, so enjoy a quick workout and get the most out of your day!

I'm new to rowing and I loved it. They took the time to help me with my form and I could feel the burn in several muscle groups while breaking a sweat. The machine helps you set personal goals too so you can challenge yourself on each set.

What is ClassPass?
