About this class

Total body, low-impact, indoor rowing. It's your signature 45min Cardio Rō, packed with unique, high-intensity intervals on the Concept2 rowing machine that pit you vs yourself for an intense challenge -- regardless of if you've been on a rowing machine before, whether you're super fit or just getting your health back on track! Rō moves through a four-week program, designed to improve different aspects of your fitness through unique challenges within each workout. Drop-in's are welcome! Check their IG page to see what the focus is for the week (@rofitnessaustin). First class: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so they can show you the ropes before class! Doors open 15 minutes before class starts.

I thought it would be a little tougher. Getting form right will take more than one class but I wanted a harder work out. It seemed many clients were older and so there were a lot of pauses - not sure of that correlated or more an attempt at HIIT. Burned more calories at Barre and twice as many at SoulCycle. The instructor was great but I would have liked things to be tougher. Music was great and motivating so was the trainer who walked around giving us a a pep talk. Ild go back but not sure what to do about a more rigorous experience.

Thanks for the feedback! Next time, let your coach know that you're not feeling challenged and I am 100% certain we can fix the intensity for you :) We work a lot on helping you with form on the first few classes, so sometimes it takes some time before the intensity can be added (otherwise we risk injury and we don't want that). Hope to see you again in class!

Awesome music and great instructor. As a beginner he really made sure my technique was good and encouraged me to push just as hard as everyone else.

Fast paced, fun class with a lot of multi-move combos so a little more complicated to follow, but it also made the hour fly by. Fabio was helpful with the combos and (literally) kept us on our toes and moving the entire class. Calorie torcher of a class.

Britney is an excellent instructor. She is enthusiastic at 6:00 am, gives clear directions in a strong voice, and is highly motivating. Her group and one on one interaction with the class is engaging. I highly recommend her class.

Connor is a good instructor. Proper form is hard to maintain as a beginner while getting a good workout, but you get the hang of it part way through.

1st rowing class. Chelsea was incredibly helpful with form, adjustments, and helping get power with the rows. Upbeat too!

My arms are definitely feeling the burn! Currently recovering from knee surgery, so it was nice workout to transition back into working out.

Really interesting class. Has a similar feel to a cycling class, but a totally different workout. Went by quickly and was challenging, but you really set your own pace and goals

Great class and instructor, but despite deep stretching (before and after) my back and neck were so stiff afterward, I was in bed for 2 days in a lot of pain. Not for beginners.
