Circuit Training is one of the classics when it comes to fitness! The class will involve a circuit set up with a mixture of strength, body conditioning, cardio, stamina and skill based exercises. With the trainers able to design their circuits to focus on anything from a specific muscle group to a cardio killer you will be sure to find these class intense, fun and always different. What is ClassPass?
