Our trainers can design these classes any which way they like from tough hill climbs, to pedalling to the beat, you will get a great variety from each and every one of them. How to prepare
Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate fitness clothing. Please bring your own towel if you wish to shower. Please be aware that from time to time staff may be dealing with clients and may close the front door. If you arrive for a class and find the front door closed please use the keypad and enter 4140 Please close the door once you have entered.
