About this class

The perfect bit of kit to tick both the strength and cardio boxes! During this class you will learn the proper techniques to swing, lift and link movements to strengthen the body like crazy. Because the swinging and lifting techniques you use with kettlebells all require power and a decent amount of speed, your heart and lungs will be working too. Great again for building linked strength between your muscles, blasting fat and correcting posture through activating your posterior chain, who wouldn’t want to join in? * All levels * Great for beginners * Technique * Strength * Cardio * Core * Sweat

This class is great if you are self motivated and accustomed to using kettlebells. I would say this class would not be great for beginners, because there is little instruction or correction, as the class functions like a HIIT workout.

That was hard!

Unfortunately the class was quite boring and didn’t motivate my friend and I much, the music was quiet and no real atmosphere which was a shame because the music being played was good! Some of the exercise were great for toning and strength though and I’m sure I will feel it tomorrow! It would be better if it was a combo of weights and cardio but then I guess it wouldn’t be called Kettlebells!

Instructor didn’t really help with anyone’s form, concentrated on their own kettlebell lifting and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there
