About this class

Our core conditioning class is designed specifically to build deep core strength from your shoulder girdle to you hips and everything in between. This one will have you feeling the burn during the class and leaving walking taller. A slower paced class that is about quality of movement over quantity. Correcting posture, reducing risk of injury, whilst zipping everything in through the centre. A great one to mix in to your weekly routine to keep you body fit and sting and healthy. * All levels * Great for beginners * Core * Strength * Tone * Posture

A bit too much for the level of people in there i prefered the previous week which was a bit easier and more variation

Very nice studio, friendly and open atmosphere and trainers. the core workout wasn’t as well suited to my personal tastes. I struggle with effective sit ups and it focused more on the traditional ab workouts as opposed to technical core training.

Great workout to start the day! Quite face paced if you’re new but easy to pick up!

The studio is really unfriendly and unhelpful, there was no one on reception at all to tell you about the lockers, sign in, etc. The core conditioning class was quite dull, it was just repetitive crunches and leg lifts with variations. Not good for your joints and no emphasis on technique. I don’t recommend this class.

What is ClassPass?
