About this class

BarreFit Classes use a combination of postures and isolation exercises inspired by ballet & other disciplines such as Yoga & Pilates. We use the ballet bar as a prop to balance whilst we perform exercises such as isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range of motion movements. This class will really condition your body, just like a dancer, whilst improving your core strength, flexibility & muscle definition. * All levels * Tone * Flexibility * Core

What is ClassPass?
