Tier 4: Aerial Hoop (Studio A) at Rising Goddess Fitness
About this class
Welcome to Tier 4 Aerial Hoop! During this open-ended Intermediate level, students will work on more complicated combos, including rolls and drops. A large focus will be on hip hangs and hip hang variations as well as fluidity of movement in and out of the skills being taught. New moves being introduced include Pocket Roll, Hip Hold transitions, various pullover mounts. Prerequisites: Minimum of 10 weeks in Tier 3 Aerial Hoop plus instructor assessment for progression. If you are transferring from another studio and have questions about your class placement, please give us a call so we may help! Duration: 60 minutes per class. Students will remain at the Tier 4 Level for a minimum of 20 weeks and will require instructor assessment for progression

How to prepare
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. They have a purified water cooler available for refills. If attending an Aerial Hammocks class please wear pants that cover the backs of the knees and a shirt that covers the underarms. No jewelry or clothing with zippers is permitted.
