About this class

Join your instructor as she leads you through a barre-based work-out that includes ballet, yoga, and pilates all fused into one amazing class! This class will have a deep emphasis on pilates with a focus on core strength, lower body conditioning, and general healthy alignment and posture.  The barre will be used as a prop as you work each muscle group to the point of fatigue followed by stretching which will improve active flexibility as a great cross training program for all aerial apparatuses.  Duration: 50 minutes per class Prerequisites: None How to Enroll: Enrollment in this class may be completed through purchasing a Single Cross Training Pass or by purchasing a 4-Class Cross Training Package. The four-class package offers savings relative to purchasing one class. All classes in the four-class package must be utilized within 8 weeks of purchase date. Your pass may be used towards any of our Cross Training classes. Single Class: $22.00 per class Four-Class Pass: $18.00 per class (must be used within 8 weeks) Sign-ups close 12 Hours prior to class start time. Registration is required to attend class. Any cancellation occurring within 24 hours of a class start time, including no-shows, will not receive a refund.

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. They have a purified water cooler available for refills. If attending an Aerial Hammocks class please wear pants that cover the backs of the knees and a shirt that covers the underarms. No jewelry or clothing with zippers is permitted.

Great class to cover the basics. There is a lot more stretching in this class than other barre classes Ive taken but thats a good thing

Instructor was very nice and welcoming but this is really geared toward beginners. Lots of downtime, I didnt feel like I was challenged.

What is ClassPass?
