About this class
A full body well-being experience. This class will be geared towards finding and gently increasing your flexibility, strength and balance with simple but efficient activity. Over time, you will learn how to use the breath to relax the body and mind for greater health and less stress. This class is appropriate for any body: from healthy able bodies, to seniors, people recovering from injury or illness, or just needing rejuvenation.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
