Great workout! He switches it up and he is very intuitive about your strengths and weaknesses. Very particular about form, which I like. If you cant take constructive criticism this class is not for you.

Great workout. Although no one seemed offended, just a heads up: this instructor touched students, including myself, (without permission and not as an adjustment) during class. Probably wont be a repeat class for me because of this.

Good, challenging and focused lower body workout and helpful form correction. Self stretching at the end on the floor - would be nicer with soft mats. But I like how I feel sore after this class, like k actually did something!
