60 minutes of sweat. A faster paced class at 35 degrees. A vigorous Vinyasa/Ashtanga style practice to get the heart beating and the body sweating. Push your boundaries raise your energy levels and find out the importance of breath in this class.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Bring a towel and a mat if you have one. Bring water to keep you hydrated during class (especially for those heated classes!).

How to get there

Rise Hot Yoga and Pilates can be located at 79A St Georges Bay Road in Parnell, Auckland. It is tucked towards the back left of the complex and there is parking available directly outside the studio and out on St Georges Bay Road. Please be aware that parking outside the designated parking areas are 24 hour tow away.
