About this class

The Synthesis of classic Mat Pilates and contemporary method in a heated space. Each class is what you make of it. Designed to dramatically improve your physique, mobility, posture and bodily strength with strong emphasis on the core and spine. The studio is heated to 35 degrees to allow the body further flexibility and blood flow. 5 classes for improvement, 10 classes for change.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Bring a towel and a mat if you have one. Bring water to keep you hydrated during class (especially for those heated classes!).

How to get there

Rise Hot Yoga and Pilates can be located at 79A St Georges Bay Road in Parnell, Auckland. It is tucked towards the back left of the complex and there is parking available directly outside the studio and out on St Georges Bay Road. Please be aware that parking outside the designated parking areas are 24 hour tow away.
