About this class
Join us for 60 minutes split into two 30 minute sections. Led by one of your favorite trainers with beat pumping music, this class incorporates sprint intervals to add up to approximately 3 miles of work in many distance combinations. Once these track-repeat-style intervals are complete, hop off your treadmill for some runner specific low impact strength training. Experience an improved heart rate response to exercise, VO2, pace, overall ease on long runs, and avoid injury with a stronger body from strategic strength training.

How to prepare
Please bring water, an exercise mat, and a sweat towel! We can't wait to meet you. Please bring a change of shoes when there is inclement weather. We will provide a FREE heart rate monitor for your first class. After that, you can rent them for $3, buy for $80 or we can hook up any ANT+ enabled device that you might have.
