Total Body Conditioning with Gennie
This workout felt really outdated. The music played with the counting built in turned me off. There was also a dog in the class and they let the dog sit on workout equipment. Didn't feel sanitary at all.

Great

Sometimes it felt a little cramped but truly a great class

Interval and circuit workout. It's a lot of rest time (1 minute), but you still get a workout. Great for beginners, fine for people who are super fit too, but might feel a little slow for them.
Total Body Conditioning with Linzey
Challenging and upbeat! I felt comfortable in this gym, thank you for being welcoming and queer friendly!

Great class with some time outside and inside. A nice mix of cardio warm up and strength. Friendly people and easy to park.

loved the instructor!

This is a tough class. Not great for beginners. Think along the lines of boot camp. Would love to try again when a bit more in shape.
