Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching. Teacher was good, but studio was terrible. Just a wooden floor inside a gym - during class loud grunting and weights being dropped outside that shook floor. Floor hard and Mats available were not soft enough (like trx mats). Lastly not a clean studio - shoes worn in classroom

Front desk was super unhelpful. Class was okay, but the noise from the space next to the studio was so loud that it really detracted from the restorative class.
