How it works

About this class

A breath-centered practice that combines gentle, meditative movements, guided relaxation, yogic breathing, and an extended savasana (final resting pose). Props will be used to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This meditative practice cultivates a balance between body and mind by melting away physical and mental tension. For any level student seeking to reduce the effects of stress and balance the hectic pace of city life.

Wonderful for relaxation!
Restorative Yoga (Not Heated)
Very mellow and relaxing, much needed, thank you!
Restorative Yoga (Not Heated)
This class was different from the usual Restorative at Ripple. The instructor started the class by discouraging the use of blocks...Also since some of the poses were not restorative and without having easier options provided it was uncomfortable at some points
Restorative Yoga (Not Heated)
The teacher was great, but the studio REEKED of BO. I almost walked out it was so bad! I would love to come back, but don’t think i can stomach it.
Restorative Yoga (Not Heated)
A bit slower than expected but otherwise very good class!
Restorative Yoga (Not Heated)
I was the only person for the session and they still went ahead with the class as a private session. It was exactly what I needed to wind down from a busy week at work and cannot thank them enough!
Restorative Yoga (Not Heated)
Nice way to wind down at the end of the day. Relaxing stretches but not as intense as Yin. Cant get enough of this studio. The instructors are very welcoming and open for questions.
