Hallie was great! I would’ve appreciated some more feedback and motivation throughout the class, but otherwise if you are looking to get your butt kicked (not literally) this class is for you!

Butt and Abs with Malik
Ok so I really liked the workout itself and how it focused on one area of the body. Generally liked the music and Malik was a great instructor for first timers. Two things: if you’re like me and prefer to start on the treadmill, you don’t have that option through CP (seems like everyone who books with CP has to start on the weight floor unless there are extra spaces). And 2) I *hated* the TVs in front of the treadmills. The videos (of forest paths and stuff) were weirdly slow-mo and really close to your face which made me a little nauseous so I had to look down the whole time. Would much rather they had a normal mirror instead
