Riot Cycle - Hip Hop and Heavy Hills with Jordan
Class allowed me to go at my own pace and push when it felt good, help adjusting the bike was appreciated. Suggest to provide a copy of average of previous 3 workouts and best workout for avg so you can know where you left the last workout off
Riot Cycle - Hip Hop and Heavy Hills with Jordan
Class was great, super hard and fun workout but it was my first time at this studio and the instructor didn’t bother to show me how to use cycle shoes and adjust the bike . Didn’t tell me where lockers were and overall just felt really awkward and had to ask other people what to do . I’ve cycled many times before so not too big of deal but wouldn’t suggest this studio for beginners as no attention was given to me

Jordan was great - really easy to follow his directions about speed, resistance, etc to make sure you have a challenging workout without holding back too much or totally exhausting yourself early on.
