About this class

Reshape your entire body in 65 minute class. The perfect blend of cardio along with muscle building, core toning and body slimming exercises mixed with cardio and orthopedic stretching. This unique total-body workout targets the arms, thighs, seat and core. Based on the principles of the Lotte Berk Method and Callenetics you get the fat-burning benefits of interval training by isolating the muscles with precise isometric movements followed by orthopedic stretching to sculpt long, lean muscles. Using your own body weight as resistance you will sculpt your body to perfection with this combination of cardio and strength training. Long lean legs, a lifted seat, a tighter core, increased flexibility and strength are just a few of the benefits.

How to prepare

Please bring water. Cycling shoes are mandatory for cycling class; they are free to rent at the studio! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before Cycle classes and be on your bike ready to roll. Late arrivals will not be let into class past the 5 minute mark. New Clients will not be let into class if class has started (we need to set you up on the bike).

How to get there

We are on the second floor facing 15501 across from ReStore. The access road is Hoffler Lane, off the New Hope Commons Drive. Look for Straw Valley!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
