About this class
This is a 45 minute class. HIIT is high intensity interval training where we use intense periods of work, alternated with short rest intervals, to produce results. You can expect to lose weight, increase muscle definition, feel better and have more energy. Get it all in this motivating environment with great music and experienced trainers.

How to prepare
Please bring a mat and clip-in cycling shoes depending on the class. Both are also available for rent at the studio. Complimentary towels are provided.

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
