About this class

In this 45 minute format we switch things up by first PRE exhausting key muscle groups on the floor for an intense 20 minutes of HIIT. Once our cycle muscles are properly utilized and exerted we take to the bikes for 20 minutes of our traditional rhythm based cycle. This type of functional training has been proven to accelerate strength and endurance without spending any extra time in our chosen sweat modality (cycling). Bring a mat and regular tennis shoes for the HIIT portion of this class.

How to prepare

Our pedals have both cages (for sneakers) and clips. Pedals accommodate SPD cleats. Towels & Water onsite. Read class descriptions thoroughly, as not all classes are cycling. Please respect our studio etiquette: -Arrive 5 minutes before class -Leave personal belongings & phones in our cubbie wall. -Be mindful to not cancel within a 24 hour window so we can refill your seats. -Respect our teachers & their hard work by remembering we are humans & have off days too. When leaving feedback, we ask it be productive not based on personal preference.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
