Fitness+Technology=A Revvolutionary Workout! A REVVED workout is a one-of-a-kind, high-intensity group training session broken into short intervals of strength and cardio over 60-minutes. This combination creates "Excess Post-Oxygen Consumption" (EPOC) allowing you to burn 500-1000 calories during EVERY workout! The results include weight loss, increased muscle tone, definition and decreased body fat.

They recommend leggings, shorts, tanks, t-shirts and/or light jackets. All are welcome. From beginner to elite athlete and anyone in between we can individualize the workout just for you.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
