About this class
30 or 50 minute group training session focusing on strength, skill, mobility and energy system development (conditioning). There is a max of ten clients in each session to ensure that the trainers are able to help each individual with form and ensure each individual is getting the most out of every workout. Classes are modified to fit any fitness level.
