About this class

Lose yourself to the beat of the music, and the breath of the community in this heated, creative Vinyasa Slow Flow class. Go further in your practice as you flow 5-10 breaths per pose, creating a deeper connection to the music, your mind, and the movement. Our Slow Flow is a physical practice that’s warmed to 80-degrees, combining the art of intelligent sequencing with intentional restoration that leaves you feeling empowered both on and off the mat.

How to prepare

First time guests must arrive 15 minutes before class. No late admittance. Athletic apparel is appropriate for both cycle and yoga. Look Delta or SPD compatible cycling shoes are required. Shoes, yoga mats, and mat towels are available for rent. Water is available for $2. Workout towels are provided. Before you enter class, store your belongings in Revolution’s digital lockers. If you’re going to arrive less than 4-minutes before class, call the studio. Unclaimed spots are released 4-minutes prior to class.

How to get there

Revolution Studio Memorial City is located at 821 Frostwood Drive. The studio is located at the southwest corner of Kingsride and Frostwood; down the street from Memorial City Mall, tucked behind Memorial Hermann Hospital. Ample parking is available in front of the studio. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class and check-in with the front desk.

Slow Flow with Kayla
Great slow flow!!! Challenging holds, twists, and poses. The heated room makes for a very nice touch since you hold the poses for a longer period of time. Kayla was a very helpful instructor and has a clear, soothing voice.

Kayla was the perfect instructor for a “come as your are” kind of slow flow. She accommodated all skill levels with ease and spoke to everyone like they were a friend. Love love loved her class and I will totally be back!

The workout was fairly easy to follow. The instructor was clear with the instructions and spoke clearly. However, the music was too loud for my preference. In addition, the type of music was not what I’d choose for yoga.

What is ClassPass?
