About this class
Super Saturday - Advanced. Programmed to challenge both your strength and fitness level. Our Super Saturday classes are the one type of class each week that we allow more than 12 participants for. Numbers are capped at 28 for these team based challenge workouts. Class begins at 8:00am sharp. You must arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior and have completed the prescribed warm up before you will be allowed to commence the workout. Come prepared. This will be a challenge!

How to prepare
Please bring a workout towel and wrist wraps for boxing. They are available for purchase at the facility for $8.
