About this class

50 minutes of action and play, guaranteed to leave you sweating, burning calories, and feeling amazing! You’ll use stability balls, gliding disks, bands, rubber balls, dumbbells, body bars, and of course, your own body resistance to get a total body workout. Your only competition is yourself - so come ready to put your best foot forward and reap all the benefits this strength training class has to offer! Come prepared wearing workout attire, sneakers, and have a water bottle on hand. The class is as challenging as you make it, modifications are available as you need them - speak with the instructor beforehand if there are any injuries he/she should be aware of. Shoe rentals are available upon request for $3 and water for $2. *Space is limited so be sure to reserve your spot in advance!

How to prepare

Please bring a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the studio, and towels are available for rent for $3. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like! Their Schwinn Carbon Blue® bikes accommodate both LOOK and SPD clips. Baskets can also be clipped into any of their bikes if you come with regular athletic shoes or you can rent spinning shoes for $3. Indo-Row requires the student to wear tennis shoes. Core Barre is taken barefoot.

What is ClassPass?
