About this class

This is a 50 min advanced level reformer class utilizing a springboard to infuse a cardio component to your Pilates workout. As a result, clients are required to have more Pilates training than lower leveled reformer classes. Advanced moves are performed while sometimes balancing or standing on the machine. Clients must sign a waiver and have a current series to book a class. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on this class.

How to prepare

Please bring a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the studio, and towels are available for rent for $3. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like! Their Schwinn Carbon Blue® bikes accommodate both LOOK and SPD clips. Baskets can also be clipped into any of their bikes if you come with regular athletic shoes or you can rent spinning shoes for $3. Indo-Row requires the student to wear tennis shoes. Core Barre is taken barefoot.
