About this class

In this class, you will experience an intense cardiovascular workout, using stationary bikes. Instructors use music and verbal cues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, including beginners.

How to prepare

Please bring a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the studio and towel service is provided. Their Schwinn Carbon Blue® bikes accommodate both LOOK and SPD clips. Baskets can also be clipped into any of their bikes if you come with regular athletic shoes or you can rent spinning shoes for $3. Indo-Row requires the student to wear tennis shoes. Core Barre is taken barefoot.

Great class - very smooth ride, not a lot of sprint intervals or hills. I would have liked to have sweated more but the motivation and inspirational instruction made up for the slightly slower vibe.

The poor reviews for this instructor are legit - he does get in peoples faces if he thinks your form is off, also the warmup music was horrible. But, if you can ignore all that and just zone in, it is an okay workout. Wont take this instructor again. He needs to evolve...
