About this class

Led by Women's Health Physiotherapist Jennie Hughes this is the perfect environment to begin strengthening the pelvic floor, gluteals and abdominals in a safe and effective way postnatally!  Expect to be challenged - but with all the right prompts and advice to keep you working at the appropriate level for your body :) Baby is welcome (6weeks-crawling) but please bring any additional blankets/ mats to lay baby on as we only have adult sizes at REVIVE!  There is room for buggies to be left upstairs!

What is ClassPass?
