Outdoor Circuit at Revision Athletics
About this class
Get your strength and cardio on by moving through stations that will challenge your body, balance, and mind. Class will start with a 10 minute warm up/mobilization, go through different circuits for 40 minutes, and warm down for the last 10 minutes. This is perfect for those who don't want to run as much.

How to prepare
Revision Athletics is an outdoor fitness company, so please dress for the weather. Workout gloves can be helpful as we may put our hands on the ground. We will store keys, jackets, phones, or bags during class.
How to get there
PLEASE NOTE: MONDAY 'Athletic Endurance' and TUESDAY 'Natural Strength' classes meet at the Aquatic Park Pier at 3299 Van Ness Ave. THURSDAY ‘Athletic Movement’ classes are held at the Palace of Fine Arts at 2498 Bay Street FRIDAY 'Outdoor Circuit' classes are held near the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion outside the Festival Pavilion.
