How to get there

Our sunny, spacious studio occupies over 4000 square feet on the first and second floors of Windermere Court, at the southeast corner of Bloor and Windermere. Reception is located at Suite 206. Classes can be held in room 106 or 206 - check online schedule. Studio 106 is accessible within the courtyard and is situated directly below studio 206. For 106, instead of running up the stairs, head straight through the courtyard.

Good focus on anatomy and posture, good rehabilitative type class, great if you have any injuries. Quite gentle exercise.

I don't know how this was a 'core' class as we spent no time on our core. The class was well led but was extremely basic and verging on regenerative yoga rather than anything to do with Pilates.
