About this class
Our prenatal classes offer a safe and supporting environment for a special time that can be magical, but also feel new and challenging, and when a little bit of extra kindness to ourselves might be needed. The classes create a nurturing space for yoga postures which increase mobility, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques for awareness; all to help you develop physical and mental strength in preparation for labor, and of course to connect with your baby. Prenatal yoga can also ease aches and pains connected to pregnancy and increase overall wellbeing. Suitable from week 14 (please check with your midwife or doctor that it is safe for you to practice)
