About this class

60 minutes of Suspension Training with TRX Suspension Training; Add in the CrossCore 180 for rotational bodyweight training and you cover the entire body! A revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercise. Perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries. The instructor will take you through a series of timed sets with short rest periods and minimal breaks to ensure you maximized every muscle in your body. +: The instructor has the option to add additional exercise equipment, weights or kettlebells to enhance the experience.

How to prepare

Please bring a towel and water bottle to ALL classes. Bring boxing gloves for any Boxing classes. Shared gloves are available and also gloves available for purchase. Please bring a yoga mat for yoga classes. Shared mats are available as well.

How to get there

Please note that 90% of our classes are held in the PDX Sports Center at 8785 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, Portland OR 97225. We do have a studio across the street where we hold 10% of our classes at 8538 SW Apple Way, Portland OR 97225. PLEASE CHECK THE LOCATION WHEN REGISTERING. Both venues are limited access and open during classes only. We want you to avoid any frustration with stopping in without an appointment. Kicked my butt!

The workout was good but the mats were old and shredded. It was my first class and I wasnt doing the exercises right and wasnt getting a ton of help. The teacher left at the end to get ready for another class and left a student in charge of finishing. I didnt know any of the terms for the exercises and felt completely lost :/
