About this class
Yoga designed with physical challenges in mind. This class is the alternative for a means of exercise to help promote strength, proper function and form for those that look to improve balance, coordination, stability and movement. Chairs, blocks, blankets, bolsters, balls and straps are used to help create the most beneficial yoga experience possible. *Special Population Class designed for MS, Scoliosis, Parkinson's, Cancer Recovery, Join Replacements, Spinal Fusions, among others. Caretakers welcome. RESTRICTION NOTE: Students must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted to attend this class. Skill Level: Newcomer to Moderate (60 Minute)

How to prepare
Rescue Yoga supplies all the props (mats, blocks, straps, blankets) you will need for your practice. You are welcome and encouraged to bring whatever you are comfortable with. No additional equipment is needed, but a bottle of water is recommended.
