Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class that may include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

GF Flow Yoga 2
I liked the breath work we did at the beginning of class. I appreciated that Lyndsey had us inhale and exhale out of each nostril individually, helping to center our awareness and breathing. Other than that, this was a rather fast paced class on a Wednesday morning. At one point we were independently doing a series of poses that wasn’t completely intuitive, so I wasn’t sure if I was doing it correctly. I think this class could benefit from an extra 15 minutes. It seems like Lyndsey didn’t have time to show us everything, which is fine, but the class felt rather rushed. She gave more verbal direction than physical demonstration. Overall, a good class!

I might just be spoiled from CorePower, but this class was not what i was expecting. We maybe went through a total of 4 poses the whole class. Instructor also seemed unprepared.

It was more like a beginners class. Teacher was nice but the classroom was way too cold.
