I honestly recommend removing this from Classpass. I made a commitment to attend this class and took time out of my Friday night because I thought I would get a valuable workout. The instructor was awful and she had no energy (she didn't even turn on music until half way thru the 15 minute class). Usually a 15 minute core class consists of many planks to the point of exhaustion. We held a 30 second plank and then proceeded to do sit-ups and supermans the rest of the time. I left the class infuriated. I could have had a better ab work out from a coughing fit.

What is ClassPass?
