About this class

Created by REPS' founder and master trainer, Renvil Doman, REPSCYCLE™ is an elite performance workout designed to maximize fitness results by alternating between indoor cycling and strength training. REPSCYCLE™ classes are compiled of 30 minutes of traditional indoor cycling intervals followed by 30 minutes on the fitness floor doing strength training exercises. Expect to burn calories like a cycle class (minus the monotony) while toning and building strong muscles --- a total body workout in 60 minutes!

Not the best or most challenging class, but nice option to have in the neighborhood. A little disorganized, but small so felt personal. Interested to see the new studio and if any more physically challenging offerings. Thanks!

Amy had great energy. I really liked the diversity of options, kept the class moving and was challenging. Several bikes were broken but they did mention they're moving to a new studio with new bikes, so... I'll be back!

It’s such a great idea, but the execution is not stellar. The teacher was awesome! The room is super small/intimate so if you want to hide in the back that’s not an option. It was a fun class.

Really like Sarah in general as an instructor. Great personality and attitude. The spin portion was a bit lackluster, mostly seated, kind of blah. Weights portion was great though! Can’t wait for the new place with new bikes!

very nice instructor with opportunity for growth. i would suggest she be a bit more creative with programming (two jump songs in a row, two hill songs in a row is repetitive) and less about playing around with the lighting in the studio on her phone during the cycling portion, which is it’s distracting. also, selecting songs with the BPM that matches the RPM she’d like us to be at would be helpful.

Not your typical spin studio. Tons of energy, go from bike to leg/arm exercises. Small space though.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
