About this class

This is Repose Studio's most popular class as it caters for all fitness levels. They would advise that all newcomers to Repose Studio and Power Plate training choose this class to start with. This class was created by the team at Repose to get the most effective full body workout in just 25 min's. During the class their instructor will guides you through a total body workout - increase muscular strength, accelerate metabolism, reduce the appearance of cellulite, reduce stress and aid in weight loss. These class sessions are for a maximum of seven people, so you really get the most from the trainers. The classes utilise technology of the Power Plate meaning you get an effective workout in a short time. Scientifically proven to be quicker and more effective at helping you lose weight and tone than any other form of exercise. A 25 minute instructor-led class is equivalent to working out at the gym for over an hour. Its why everyone loves their classes. Quick, fun and they work.

How to prepare

Wear gym clothing and trainers If pregnant - they do not advise using the Power Plate if your new to this type of exercise.

How to get there

They are easily found at the very top of Queens Road, 5 minutes walk from Buckhurst Hill tube station. For drivers there is a paying car park directly adjacent to their studio 80p 1 hour parking.
