About this class
This is their most advanced class and their only class that's an hour long. Their trainers mix it up each week so you never know what your going to get, just be prepared to work hard and to sweat. This is a great class to improve your fitness level and burn calories. All their classes utilise the technology of the Power Plate so you get an effective workout. Scientifically proven to be quicker and more effective at helping you lose weight and tone than any other form of exercise. How to prepare
Wear gym clothing and trainers If pregnant - they do not advise using the Power Plate if your new to this type of exercise.
How to get there
They are easily found at the very top of Queens Road, 5 minutes walk from Buckhurst Hill tube station. For drivers there is a paying car park directly adjacent to their studio 80p 1 hour parking.
