Beginner level individuals can successfully complete the workout but know it is going to be a wild ride, but once in rhythm, the results are truly worth it. The Full Body METCON - METCON being the abbreviation for METabolic CONditioning is hands down and black flags up, the toughest workout of the week in Renegade and on a greater scale, the entire fitness industry. Involving every variable in the studio, our coaches bring an arsenal of techniques and progressions to ensure it is second to nothing. The Full Body Metcon will challenge every muscle of the body, including the mind. It is as mental as it is physical. The major difference is the cardiovascular element when compared to our strength and muscle development days.
Structure - 15 minutes per station
Station 1: Cardio = Treadmills, Assault Bikes, and Calisthenics
Station 2: Racks = Dumbbells, Suspension trainers, Pull Up Bars, and Benches
Station 3: Turf + Assault Bikes= Kettlebells, Battleropes, Glider Discs, Bands, and Calisthenics
