About this class
Staby® Cardio Core incorporates a swinging rod known as Staby® into a standing and floor varied interval cardio training and core strengthening class. The Staby® self induced 'vibrational rod' combines an effective training for physical strength, stamina, deep muscles as well as coordination and stabilization of posture and movement. Staby training defines the arms, shoulders & upper back as well as builds up the midsection with core-specific movements designed to optimize coordination skills, strength and balance. The Staby Rod allows activation of more muscles in less time which lead to positive training results much faster. Staby® Core is a signature class and is only offered at Renaissance Red Bank. We train barefoot, to correct imbalances in the ankles, knees and hips. Prepare to sweat.

How to prepare
Bring your best self to Renaissance. They love welcoming new happy, positive fitness devotees. Come into the 5,000 SF. space of gorgeousness ready to be challenged in a multitude of ways. Wear comfortable clothing, socks (required for Pilates apparatus classes only), and a great mindset. They'll do the rest. Mats, towels, coconut water, private changing rooms and parking are available. If you're a true beginner to Pilates Reformer classes, be sure to take note of their levels. Start in Beginner/Intermediate and work your way up.

Renaissance The Studio - Red Bank is located at 8 East Front Street, Suite 2 Red Bank, NJ 07701. Free parking is available across the street adjacent to The Red Rock restaurant. Please park in a spot designated Renaissance.
