Pilates Reformer JUMP BOARD - Apparatus (Intermediate) at Renaissance The Studio
About this class
An Intermediate to advanced level 'Jump Board' based Reformer class of up to 5 students. A base 'jump' board is placed at the foot of your personal reformer to add a new element of Cardio to your reformer work. The instructor will alternate the routine with jumping segments and then incorporate the spring coil resistance of the Pilates Reformer. Arms, legs, buns and abs are toned and strengthened while muscles are lengthened. Expect to burn calories and strengthen from head to toe.

How to prepare
Bring your best self to Renaissance. They love welcoming new happy, positive fitness devotees. Come into the 5,000 SF. space of gorgeousness ready to be challenged in a multitude of ways. Wear comfortable clothing, socks (required for Pilates apparatus classes only), and a great mindset. They'll do the rest. Mats, towels, coconut water, private changing rooms and parking are available. If you're a true beginner to Pilates Reformer classes, be sure to take note of their levels. Start in Beginner/Intermediate and work your way up.

Renaissance The Studio - Red Bank is located at 8 East Front Street, Suite 2 Red Bank, NJ 07701. Free parking is available across the street adjacent to The Red Rock restaurant. Please park in a spot designated Renaissance.
