BODY CONDITIONING is aiming to gain muscle strength and flexibility by and strengthening the weak and stretching the tight muscles. These classes focus on body weight training combining TRX (suspension training), dumbbells and other fitness modalities to create a leaner, toner body with better posture. Leave here feeling strong, balanced, and ready to take on whatever is in store for you. Modifications always available making these classes great for all fitness levels.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. You can bring a mat, towel and water. Don’t have a mat yet? The studio has them available for rent.
