A breath-connecting, grounding and ever-moving Vinyasa style class, Breath and Flow will begin with finding your center and breath, before moving to traditional surya namaskars (sun salutes) that build heat from within, closing with stretching and mindfulness practice. Come prepared to move with presence of mind through your practice, leaving feeling refreshed, aware and ready to take on everything life has in store.

How to prepare
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel to class. First timers, please arrive 15 minutes before class to get situated and sign a release form.
