About this class
This 60 minute class at 90 plus degree heat is sure to build a sweat quickly. In our Heated-Power Yoga you will see fast moving vinyasa flow routines with balance, core, and stability mixed in. Towards the end of the class we typically slow down the movements and finish in relaxing and rejuvenating stretches. This class is sure to have you leaving feeling as focused and refreshed as you are exhausted!

How to prepare
Our Spin bikes are compatible with both spin shoes and sneakers. We have yoga mats available for yoga classes. We do not have any towels for clients so you can bring your own if you'd like to.
