How to prepare

For your first class at Reformation Fitness, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver, familiarize yourself with the studios and facility, as well as get a chance to speak to the instructor ahead of the class regarding any limitations, injuries or modifications needed. All classes are 14 members (or less) per room, so please feel free to ask questions regarding modifications, progressions, form & technique, and/or different weight/resistance levels needed. Please be courteous and respectful of all others during class. Thank you!

How to get there

Reformation Fitness - Shaw/Convention Center conveniently located in the heart of DC's Historic Shaw District. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Logan Circle, U Street, Bloomingdale, Shaw, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Thomas Circle, and Gallery Place/Chinatown. Street parking is available and can be paid for via ParkMobile. The Convention Center/Mt. Vernon Metro Station (Green/Yellow lines) is one block away.

Mike's classes are always so invigorating. He really motivates the class and gives personalized attention to each individual. I love that he incorporates jump board too. Awesome class that always challenges. Will be back for more for sure!

Absolutely AMAZING. Very personalized class. Mike always checks in with each member of the class and also motivates the class constantly. The class itself was really hard in a good way. Mike knows his way around the reformer and chair and wastes no time which I appreciate. He is also a master at giving little tips to significantly increase the efficiency of the workout. He noted when I was struggling once on his own and assisted me as well. This is a master class in how to teach pilates and I wish all instructors were as dedicated as Mike.

What is ClassPass?
