How to prepare

For your first class at Reformation Fitness, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver, familiarize yourself with the studios and facility, as well as get a chance to speak to the instructor ahead of the class regarding any limitations, injuries or modifications needed. All classes are 14 members (or less) per room, so please feel free to ask questions regarding modifications, progressions, form & technique, and/or different weight/resistance levels needed. Please be courteous & respectful of all others during class. Thank you!

How to get there

Reformation Fitness - Capitol Hill conveniently located in the heart of DC's Barracks Row District. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Capitol Hill, Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, Navy Yard, and Barney Circle Hill East. Street parking is available and can be paid for via ParkMobile. The Eastern Market Metro Station (Orange/Blue/Silver lines) is two blocks away.

What is ClassPass?
