About this class

What's better than Happy Hour?  A happy 50 minutes spent on a Megaformer for less than the cost of a regularly priced class!  Come to the 6:30p class on Tuesdays and Thursdays and take advantage of this special pricing option! Reserve your spot in class by paying the special $15 drop-in rate!  Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged $15.  These classes are included for monthly unlimited members!

How to prepare

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session. If it’s your first time at REFORMadison, please show up 10 minutes early to receive a quick tutorial on the Megaformer. You should wear breathable athletic wear. Gripping/non-slip socks are required to ensure a safe workout and clean machines. These are available for purchase in the studio. Bring water and a towel; they don’t have showers. Please turn off your cellular phone and leave your jewelry at home!

Super hard and I’m sore in a good way, but i wish there were modifications for beginners.

Thanks for the feedback! There are always modifications, but sometimes it all gets lost in translation during your first couple of classes! Come again soon and let the instructor know you'd appreciate more modifications and she'll be sure to take good care of you!

What is ClassPass?
